As a disclaimer, I am not a certified jeweler/gemologist. I have been collecting antique jewelry for 23 years. I do my best to provide accurate information to my customers to the best of my ability. 

My pieces are vintage/antique therefore very old and typically in used or worn condition.

Please examine photos and videos closely as they are a part of the description. Please do not hesitate to ask if you would like any additional videos or photos. 

I am happy to provide you with any pictures and videos you would like before shipping. 

**I do have all my items checked with a GIA gemologist before listing. 

** 3 day inspection policy- you have three days from the confirmed delivery to inspect your item. If you would like to return the ring, please contact me within the first three days and I will email you a return shipping label. 

*I use a third party jewelry insurance company through UPS/FedEx, that way I can Insure for higher values. Using my shipping label is mandatory so that you are covered under my insurance.

** Buyer will be refunded as soon as the item is returned and inspected. 

**Full refund will be issued minus $200 restocking fee & shipping fees, along with any other transaction fees. 

**Shipments going out of the USA will incur a restocking fee, along with duties/shipping fees and any other transaction fees.  

**Layaway payments & deposits are NOT refundable. 

**Items purchased as Private Layaway with Maven Lane Antiques may not be returned or exchanged. (It is highly recommended that buyers use a third-party financing like PayPal or Affirm so that they can receive items immediately and have the option to return.)

**Any sized or altered rings/items may NOT be returned or exchanged. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS 

(Please be aware that the package may be delayed due to customs. This is out of our control. ) 

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER for Orders shipping OUTSIDE of the United States of America. Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging for the item.
